Ranking My Top 10 Favourite Wrestling Companies/Channels

Before I get a big backlash, I will highlight this is my top 10 wrestling promotions/ channels in the gay underground wrestling scene- past and present. I appreciate there are now 100's of channels and companies- especially with the influence of Watchfighters. I have narrowed my selection to 10 that I like to follow or spend my money on.

I will be fascinated to hear your opinions and how you would rate them.

I will count these down from 10 to 1 and give my reasons why and any standout matches for that brand.

Number 10: Blackwrestling.com

www.blackwrestling.com

I'm a sucker for this channel- the men are Adonis like with frequent naked, hard action. I'm a big fan of Ace Aarons in bgeast, so to see him performing nude erotic matches on BW is certainly a reason to visit often and follow the site. I enjoy the close camera work and a lot of the gear choices on the wrestlers.

What lets it down for me is the strange camera work where things slow down, a website that requires registration and a low social media presence.

Number 9: wrestler4hire.com

One of the longer established companies with a large pool of wrestlers. Led by Cameron Matthews, who is arguably one of the best babyface jobbers to have graced the underground wrestling scene. I commend them for their wide range of wrestlers from the superheavyweights, to muscle boys, twinks and smaller guys. At one point they were even selling wrestlers pre worn ring gear which I thought was very hot!
I have a huge thing for Ricky Vegas and this seems to be his home channel. There is something about that short, muscled, excessively hung wrestler that draws me in. I love seeing him work over bigger opponents- especially his work with Scrappy. Watching Scrappy get knocked out by Vegas is a something I could watch over and over. Also shout out to Cam Zagucci who was one of my favourite jobbers when he was performing.

 Number 8: Kidcanuck - Watchfighters

I'm not normally one to enjoy channels or promotions that centre around 1 person- I find it gets a bit repetitive, but there is always an exception to the rule and this is the first of 2 picks from Watchfighters.
I'm a big fan of Canada's top jobber and can understand why the channel has a strong following of 1558 onlookers (me being one).
KC definately knows how to be a good jobber, take his punishment and often serve his heel's every desire. With his traditional flag trunks and matching luchador mask, his matches have become really identifiable. He delivers a good mix of wrestling and sex and often squares off against some very tasty opponents. I particularly enjoy his matches with or against Kevin Lee. I hope to see more of Canuck across different brands over time and see him in the ring- maybe bgeast?

 Number 7: azknockout Watchfighters

Denzel has been gaining a great reputation for himself over the last 12 months I'd say and has been turning out some fantastic matches. It is no surprise he is one of the most followed channels on Watchfighters, with a current fanbase of 2250. His channel is certainly on the rise of late with many collaborations and guest wrestlers, including Sir Dark from the UK, Kidcanuck and many bgeast stars.
A wrestler with the skills, sexy muscular build, a nasty heel side, huge cock and great selection of gear.
Though his channel is based all around him, the variety is there and each match is fresh and exciting. A strong user of social media, I am often hooked in to see what he has been up to since his last post.

  Number 6: HBWL (now retired)

I grew up loving HBWL- it was lads around my age play wrestling and blowing their loads over each other... what wasn't to like.
I am glad I kept my collection of their matches and think I still have the majority of what they pushed out.
The production value of HBWL was quite frankly awful and the lads often had no idea what they signed up for. There were plenty of odd stares at the camera or questionable editing of the matches. The sleeper holds were in no way believable and a gust of wind could often knock an opponent out... but that just didn't seem to matter. You could put the floors behind you and immerse yourself in the storyline they were putting over. It was raw and edgy... often with the lads starting in their street clothes, stripped down to their underwear then naked. This channel paved the way and inspired many both as viewers and future content creators. (Aaron and Patrick were/are my favourites to watch)

  Number 5: Can-Am

To be completely transparent with you, can-am is on my list because of who they were, not what they produce now. I was the ultimate super fan of Can-am in the day. In fact, it was probably the first company I found in my teens. This channel shaped who I am today and the fetishes I have with homoerotic wrestling. Jimmy Dean, Guy Bolton, Hard nude Oil Wrestling series, Seth Black, Doug Brandon, the Super matches in the ring and oil pit.... to name just a few of my highlights. I worked hard in my minimum wage job to be able to afford a VHS from their channel, but I saved and saved and grew quite a collection.
Though there have been some good things in the last 5-10 years, like the pro sex fight series (number 1 being an amazing battle, as well as the pro tag sex fight), I think the brand lost it's way and became forgotten. Rarely do you see any social media posts, so it gets buried. The website is overly complicated with a lack of previews or photos to entice you to buy. In today's digital era, we want trailers on every match to see how the wrestlers interact and what moves they are using.

  Number 4 : UKWrestlinghub

With a strong website and Watchfighters presence UKWH has emerged as one of the top channels outside the US and seems to be growing fast with regular social media posts, match drops and new wrestlers. The site has been going quite a few years now with a rebranding and website change last year. What started small with green rookies like T-World and HD has grown into a very talented (and sexy) rosta. Rarely do you see matches filmed outside of their rings and seldom a static camera, means the production values are strong and continuously improving. After all this time, It is great to have been on the journey with T-World who often holds their Heavyweight Championship title belt, HD who is now one heck of a sexy muscle boy, hardcore guys like Rich King, Blake and AJ nasty + their resident Demon! Though, cough cough the Demon appears a rip off of a certain former WWE character (god rest his soul)- the Demon is one of my favourite wrestlers- watching him destroy every pretty boy jobber and collect their trunks as a trophy is hot hot hot. Like wrestler4hire they are one of the few that use guys of all shapes and sizes, including a tag team called 'The Bearly Brothers'. They seem to cater for all tastes.

  Number 3 : NakedKombat

There is no underground homoerotic wrestling scene without the (now retired) NakedKombat.
Wow did these guys give us some matches! When I talk to fellow gay wrestling admirers, everyone knows and has seen NakedKombat.
With their point scoring system- which quite frankly I never saw, understood or could monitor during a match, the format was often 3 rounds of submission wrestling. Round 1, normally two studs in alternative coloured speedos, round 2 in jockstraps, 3 would be oil or sex.
The wrestling in these matches was intense. Most new comers struggled with the cardio aspects as the bouts went on. They were long fights, combining holds, face sitting, ball abuse and forcing fingers and cocks in every hole of the opponent. Bliss!
The tag team matches were particularly fun to watch. They turned into hot wrestling orgys with the hottest sex and post match humiliation.
Aside from all the tag team matches, I loved watching CJ, Trey Turner.. .and especially Doug Acre. Doug was a small muscled unit with a huge cock. He should have been every heel's plaything, but nope- he had a very strong win/loss record and really knew how to punish his fallen opponents.

Take note all promotions- I so often hear people say they would pay a very high ticket price to be an audience member in a live NakedKombat style match or event.

Number 2 : UCW (now retired)

Under it's founder Michael, UCW was a powerhouse of underground wrestling matches. On it's collapse I think they were approaching 700-800 matches. What started in a converted garage with a blue tarp covering the walls, it grew to having it's own ring and professional facilities.
It had one of the worst websites where the older matches were buried so quickly- but in it's final years I appreciated their Vlogs ringside and in the office.
Initially driven by Aaron and Axel the matches were intimate and always left us wanting more. The production value was low back then but that remains part of it's charm.
Growing fast, we were treated to a huge rosta of wrestlers including Zach Reno, Tyson (see my previous blog about those two), Max Ryder, Cheetah Boy and more.
Though for many years there matches remained very suggestive with little to no nudity, they were producing some cracking, erotic customs that gave us so much more. Having got some of these myself, it was amazing to see Axel, Aaron, Tyson and more get naked and have some of the best erotic matches I have ever seen.
UCW is certainly missed and it's just not the same having it hosted elsewhere. If I owned the back catalogue I'd leverage it to Watchfighters so a new generation can appreciate how good their stuff could be.

  Number 1 : BG East/BG Enterprises

Starting off as bgenterprise BG split into 2 entities and therefore I am classing them under 1 umbrella for this count down.
Lets start with the early days- bgenterprises was an amazing offering to all wrestling fans. From mild to wild, there was something for everyone. The birth of BBW and Kid Leopard, as well as Buddy justice were 3 of the most inspiring wrestlers/heels for me growing up. The way these guys totally wrecked and humiliated their opponents taught me so much and shaped me as the wrestler I've been ever since. I loved virtually all their series, from Magic hands, Jockstrap Wrestling, High stakes, Hollywood Muscleboy and more. My favourite stand out matches would include Kid Leopard vs Jon-Boy Tyle, Kid Leopard vs Sean Cannon, Kid Leopard vs Robert Reyn, Buddy Justice vs Christian Fox. I hope to bring reviews of all those soon.

I'm led to believe a falling out between founders initiated the spilt in the companies- where BG East was born and Enerprises tailed off and appeared to sell out its past catalogue.

Bgeast rapidly became the market leader and to this day I believe is the best company producing homo erotic wrestling by a mile. It's production values are high and it appears to have weathered the storm of Watchfighters without moving it's own catalogue onto the platform.
There was a period where I lost a lot of interest in BG as I explored emerging channels and at a time I felt they were over using the same talent, like Ty Alexander, Kayden Keller. Rocky Sparks, Ash Deleon etc. This is not a criticism of any of those highly talented wrestlers - for me, they just were appearing too often over a period and I wanted something different.

BG East has brought and continues to bring us wrestling legends- Who remembers guys like Troy Baker, Justin Pearce, Chris Burnley, Christian Fox, Joshua Goodman, Kieran Dunn, Dylon Roberts, Jake Jenkins and Joe Driver to name a few of my absolute favourites.

I find BG's website to be one of the very best, where you can have fun looking through past catalogues, search by wrestler or category type. Of late, it seems like a lot of the vintage classic matches have been taken off the main site, which is a real shame as those are my personal favourites to look back on.

BG East is my personal number 1 company for 2025. Do you agree?
